Holiday Hypertrophy Program
Introducing the Holiday Hypertrophy Program or HHP for short 😎).
This is a specialized 6 week weight lifting program. You’ll get six 90-minute heavy lift sessions with a coach. Programming will be 45 minutes of upper and 45 minutes of lower body. All programming will be designed to help you PR in those heavy lifts, shred extra fat and build extra muscle! We will have nutritional plans along with this program.
We are only accepting 10 people per class time! This program will sell out fast!
Program runs Friday 11/15 & Saturday 11/16 to Friday 12/20 & 12/21
Class times will be Fridays at 4:30pm, Saturdays at 6:30am and 9am.
